A brilliant bike shop. So great to shop where all the staff are so friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgable and kind and not patronising or snooty. just got back from my first ride on the off grid gravel bike bought last week. It's so great to find a bike shop that covers all shapes and sizes. Being at the shorter end of the height chart it can be hard to find stuff that is decent and fits comfortably but after getting comprehensively sized up in store I've ended up with a bike that's comfortable and fun to ride immediately. so excited to expand my riding off the usual roads and get exploring. Definitely worth the effort to travel from Chester to Sheen for such an expert customer service experience from the original sizing appointment to collection in time for Christmas. Just waiting for you to release a (women's) clothing collection to match the new bike!

Unlike a main High street Bike shop as this is an Independent Bike Supplier. Although there is not a huge choice of bikes available, its the expertise and knowledge base that I enjoyed. There was no feeling of being rush or being a nuisance whilst there. I needed convincing so asked lots of questions and threw them my doubts. Its a warm atmosphere where you have the opportunity to see things being constructed in front of you by mechanics who didn't seem to mind.
Well I have 6 weeks to 'ride in' my new bike so lets see how they can further help. So far, more than please.
