As to the service...
When I walked in yesterday, it was like walking into someone’s home - not a shop!
The atmosphere was warm and friendly....yes we all wore masks, but you could sense the smiles even with them on.
I was in work clothes (I’m a trade and looked terrible) but was treated as an equal with the smartly dressed chap next to me.
I liked the fact that there was no hierarchy, it was only after I left the shop that I found out I was also being helped by Guy Pearson.
Not sure who reads these reviews - but if you run a company - visit Pearson’s, this is how you run a company, this is how you make customers feel.
In the context of the well-known bicycle component supply issues, the service was very slick. From assistance with sizing over the phone, ordering the bike online, through to updates on delivery timescales and the final build - it felt like a very personalized service. Typified by the fact Pearson have invited me to come back in 6 weeks so they can check the bike over and give it a "tune up" once all the cables have bedded in. Love the bike.
