Outspokin was probably the best experience I’ve ever had in the selection and equipping of a mountain bike. Martin listened and helped me decide which bike based on my interests and size. Next, he educated me on how to use the bike in different scenarios. Martin also fitted me for a new helmet and a couple of needed accessories. The bike rides smoothly for me because he made adjustments to the bike specific to me prior to leaving the store. The best part is Outspokin includes annual bike tune-ups for life. This will definitely be my go to place for service and accessories.
Everyone was super kind and helpful. I brought in an older bike thinking I might fix it up. They were honest about how much it would be and whether or not it was worth it given the age and now modest intrinsic value of the bike. I appreciate that they were not pushy. I bought my 2007 Specialized Roubaix from Outspoken Bikes almost 20 years ago. I was thrilled to get it home. After many years of enjoyable rides, I finally lost the desire to ride and left my bike to gather dust in the garage. After I retired I decided to get back on the road. The guys at outspoken were so helpful replacing a few worn out parts: replacing tires, trueing up the wheels and making sure that the gears and the brakes work right. When I took the bike home it felt like I had traveled bake in time. My old bike felt just like it did when I took it home the first time. Thanks to all who helped to get my old bike back on the road!
