They fitted Me with clip in pedals, set my shoes up, as well as fitted my saddle for the extra height with shoes on the trainer I was very pleased. I would recommend anyone just going to ride with clipless go by there and let them set you up . Jason in the service department check my chain as well as adjusted everything to make my Bike shift like it needs to be and install a new Shimano chain. He did a super job it shifts like it’s never has before. Thanks for all the guys that helped out!!!

Back in July, I was helped by a young, tall brown skinned, patient man on a Sunday afternoon. I was in need of the correct spin shoes as I'd recently started attending spin class regularly. He was friendly, informative and extremely patient with me. I purchased the top brand, and he kindly adjusted the bottoms for me to ride that Tuesday. The shoes have enhanced my ride, and I've referred other ladies to Outspokin Bicycles. Thank you for your time, patience and knowledge. I will return.
