I am very pleased with the outcome of my visit to JAX. I took my bike in for a tire repair for which I had previously purchased JAX flat tire coverage. The service was provided quickly, courteously, and free of charge per JAX coverage policy. The service provider was quick to offer me assistance in loading my bike back into my car and was very friendly throughout the entire experience. I saw him interact with other customers with whom he was equally helpful and congenial.

Close to where I live
I needed the brakes on my walker repaired and they did a great job. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I walked in at 5:50pm to repair my front tire on my TREK mountain bike. Closing in 10 minutes he replaced the inner tube, checked tire for nails and remounted. I was out the door by 6:10pm. The price was right and fair.

Very very helpful and the tech she did a very good job and vey knowledgeable. I didn’t know I cracked my bracket for my electronic shifter and it wouldn’t shift due to being cracked and she fix it and gave me a new bracket and didn’t even charge me. I highly recommend this bike shop and would be going back to have my bike service and with any problems with my bikes.
