I came in yesterday for a flat tire. The young man fixed it while I walked around the block. My only concern is this was my 6th flat tire in 200 miles. I must be unlucky. I do enjoy my new bike and love how comfortable it is to ride. I'm 83.

You guys do a great job of servicing my bike, checking several component parts before starting the workorder. Also, thank you for supporting our local bike club: Bike Club of Irvine. Besides service, I usually purchase an item for continual support of the shop.

I had JAX - LB complete a couple of upgrades to my manual Trek Allant (new Electra front/wicker basket & gel spring saddle). The brown accents really make my bike POP! Despite its age, I am still getting plenty of compliments. And JAX turned it around in just 2 days. Store team members were awesome. I would definitely refer family & friends to JAX.
