Very satisficed with my in store experience and every one was most helpful polite and professional specially store manager Branxton.
Large clean shop. Friendly staff. They had exactly what we wanted and even had a second bike delivered from Huntington Beach in a timely manner. Our bikes were ready to pick up and Paul was helpful in showing us some of the features of the bike. There were a couple of things he did not know about the bike and he should probably consult the manual or someone who does know before helping the next customer. Still, Paul gets an A for everything else he did for us.

I have had work done on an older bike and recently bought a new Trek FX3 bike from this shop. I’ve been impressed by the prompt and effective customer service. I like how organized the shop is with notifications and status updates on services. Paul was remarkably helpful when selecting the best fit for my cycling needs (transportation around the city and potentially doing a sprint triathalon). During our test ride, he provided feedback on how my body was positioned with the different bikes and explained the differences in the models. Paul was also very thorough in explaining different options with accessories. I could tell that he really cared about me having an optimal overall experience with my bike.
Johny B was absolutely amazing. Described what I wanted and price range on a new mountain bike. I ended up with the Roscoe 6 in the new lime green. Would recommend this shop 100% to anyone.

I took my bike to have it serviced and they did an awesome job .They are very nice and very helpful. They’re not pushy and they always recommend other things that you can do but they’re not pushing you to do it. It’s really nice to go there and talk to them Get service and they’re very polite. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that has a bike. It could be an old one or a new one. They’re awesome.
