I took my son’s Santa Cruz mountain bike for a major service and dropper post repair. While it took some time to get the new dropper post delivered, they were communicative on every step. Once we got the bike back, it was like a brand new bike. They took the time to explain all the items that were repaired. Highly recommended.

I traditionally get quality service and good attention when I’m at Jax. I have been taking a back by the hours of service the last few times, I’ve stopped by. The Claremont location is closed midday, apparently due to lack of staff. I will of course return, and bring my business as well.
