I purchased a bike two days ago. Erik helped me and let me test ride a bike I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable in the realm of mountain bikes and helped me add some upgrades that I did not think about. He was honest and wasn’t trying to sell me on anything. I was in and out in about an hour with the upgrades installed. Super stoked on my new bike and had a great experience. This shop has a lot of inventory which was great for someone like me who does not buying bikes over the internet.
Derek at the Long Beach store was terrific; very helpful. Helped me promptly on the spot and explained clearly what the problem was. The service charge was very reasonable.

Excellent service from Lee and the entire staff.
The experience was relaxing from start to finish. I didn't feel pressured to buy. I was given good advice not a "Sales Pitch" like I was at a Car Dealership. I was there several times and I interacted with several team members and each time I was assisted efficiently. I didn't catch everyone's name but Eddie and Thomas the manager were always there to assist me if I had questions
