Thank you guys for the help. I rolled in.. or walked in with a flat. The service tech was awesome. She was clearly a skilled tech and had the issue resolved and had me on my way in no time. As I road off, I realized my shifting was much smoother. They made a minor dial in and it was much appreciated. Jax has always been a very premium shop. Thank you folks again for great service!

I think the labor is a little pricey, i won't make this a public feedback... but a recent visit revealed to me that flat rate pricing for minor maintenance was a bit of a sticker shock. Details might reveal my identity, I hope you understand
The staff is always very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Services are the best I have experienced in the industry. The service manager and his team are always professional, courteous and very helpful and prompt.
Sales side is very attentive and greet you right when you walk in the door. The store manager has come in and really changed things around. You can see that the team is happy and get along and work together very well which makes for strong morale which shows in their customer service.
Good people. I went in for parts for an old diamondback. Some bike shops have an attitude about people that aren’t totally gung ho for one aspect of bicycling. There was no attitude with the folks in the store. I really appreciate that.
