Had my 7-yr-old Trek Verve 2 into the Laguna Niguel store for a tuneup that required some parts replacement ... front chain ring, crank, chain ... and new tires. End result was a bike that felt like new. As always the repair guys were courteous and professional, including Braxton.

I needed a bike to participate in AIDS Lifecycle 2024 and the person who helped me out was amazing. We only had about 30 minutes before closing and he never made me feel rushed. He let me know that he had me and was going to walk me through everything I would need. He was very knowledgeable of the bikes and products, he even helped me install everything on my bike and the bike rack on my car! Best experience buying anything in YEARS!!
