Nice people and very skilled.
They have a good selection of products, and they helped me with an 'off' request...a screw fell out of each of my cleats on my shoes, and they gave me a couple to replace them! I appreciated that. Having tire pumps to use is a nice service, too. They are looking out for the cycling community.

I was on the way to Tour de Palm Spring on a Friday afternoon, and while loading my bike in the car I saw one of the cables shredded. I took a risk and started driving, started looking for a bike shop in Temecula. Luck would have it, I came across Jax Bicycle Center, I walked in with my Bike and Jeff ( Great person) asked what I need, I told him what was happening to my bike , he took my bike, fixed it and sent me on my way. All of this in 30 minutes WOW. Great Service, Friendly Peeps and wished we had one of these shops in S.D.
Guy took hus time to explain to me how to clean my bike.

First time visiting. Both employees were very helpful and looked at my repair immediately. I browsed the store as they tended to my bike.
10 minutes later they came back and stated everything was fixed! They also stated there would not be a cost. I was surprised and elated at the timing and price. I then loaded my bike, when home, and suited up for a ride. Still feeling great about my experience at your store, I rode straight there; purchased a new helmet and glasses. No, I did not need either one right away, but the customer service was so high that I wanted to show my appreciation.
I am not sure if this is normal for your company and/or location. However, I will share this story numerous times and be back myself. You have gained a customer for life!

Customer Service is amazing! Jeff guided me throughout the whole deciding and purchase process. He fulfill all my request and upgrade requests. Had what I needed to repair a 25 year old MTB
I called about in store availability of an item, the clerk checked and set it aside for me to pick up. He also was familiar with it and answered some questions while on the phone. At the store another clerk helped and was friendly too. That's a big difference from the Jax of years ago.
I was immediately greeted and offered help.
I bought the flat back about three years ago. It sucks getting a flat but Jax always comes to the rescue. Thank you so much.

Thomas is incredibly helpful and was very knowledgeable. He answered the extensive amount of questions I had and was incredibly patient with me. He was also able to get a replacement bolt for a slash 9.8
Jeff was also very friendly and knew a lot about the different mountain bike models and Bosch e bike system.
