I like the very friendly and helpful staff at JAX. Sometimes the manager will even great me if he sees me pulling up in the parking lot. Usually, I don't even have to bring my bike in to the shop, someone helps me get it off my truck and into the shop and vice versa.
Also, the shop is organized and the displays of bicycles and equipment are beautiful. It is an overall fabulous experience coming into the JAX Bicycle Shop in Yorba Linda.
