I am fairly new to the area and I recently purchased a bike. It kinda makes me sad I purchased my Trek from a different store. Great service and my item was quickly shipped. However, didn’t have any say in requirement to have shipment left without signature. Missed first delivery attempt as a result, then had to wait around for second attempt.

What I liked most about Idaho Mountain Touring is the friendliness of the staff. I especially liked that staff is down to earth, they weren't trying to impress me with their considerable knowledge, all of the staff I worked had zero arrogance. As ego decreases awareness increases, so I appreciated the staff was fully present when working with me because I haven't purchased a new bike in 20 years.
