Both asked smart questions before giving us their suggestions for products (and, by the way, both suggested the same products which installed confidence in the suggestions that were given). The staff was very friendly and considerate of needs. We had our bike serviced there and they called to check with us about the cost of the service (we were originally quoted something slightly lower with the mention that it could possibly be more than the original “quote”) prior to starting the service. They are always very knowledgeable and helpful.
