A month ago, got a TREK checkpoint 6 from Dax at Idaho Mt touring. I was impressed by the time and effort he spent to make sure the bike fit me well. He changed seat height and positioning as well as trying couple of different stems. I'm very happy and know it will be a wonderful bike going forward. My interactions with the front desk and the guys in the service shop have been super too!

I love the personable folks that help me with whatever I am wanting the day I walk in, Dax helped me find the best bike for my special needs friend...he was the perfect “cool dude” to help us. Jake in the service department fixed the flat on my beloved “Big Blue”...and he cleaned her up, tightened my brakes and oiled my chain...well above and beyond a flat fix. I won’t go to any other bike shop...and I won’t let my friends either!
