Was not able to fix several problems with our Calfee Tandem and took it to Idaho Mountain touring in Meridian for the first time. They called Calfee directly and including me in the conversations. Duncan, a very experienced service technician, was able to fix all the issues going on with the Calfee. I was very impressed with there high end professionalism. Very talented team. I will always take my Calfee from now on to Idaho Mountain Touring in Meridian.

I researched the product on their easy to use website, I chatted with their representative (Mark, I think) on their website through chat, I was told it was in stock and should arrive Friday, I purchased and it arrived on Friday. You had the products I was looking for. And shipped super fast. I also really liked that you used the smallest boxes possible to ship. Great website, easy to navigate, not to busy or crowded on mobile, Relevant pictures. Will reccomend due to good website experience and fast shipping. Carriers take how long they take, but you got it in the mail quick and I like that.

I emailed him back seeking help finding the item and he called me. He then got with the manufacturer rep and was able to secure the item for me. I couldn't be more pleased.
