I like the excellent service you provide through all your staff and employees. I called to make an appointment for annual service on my Electra Townie-Go bike. I brought it in on a Thursday and picked it up Friday morning! Totally unexpected! During this COVID pandemic, I thought they'd have it a week or more. They not only serviced my front brake lever that was broken for next to nothing but did a complete safety inspection. The total cost was $32. And then assisted me with loading it back on my bike rack. I really appreciate IMT's friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff! I can always depend on Idaho Mountain Touring to get the best service possible!

You only carry great gear and your customer service is top notch. Your bike tools and parts section is probably the best in town, which is nice for those of us who like to work on our own bikes, and need parts readily available.
