I purchased a nice Trek road bike on sale. Saved about $700.00. I went in to buy a seat bag and bought a bike also. Sales staff was good and the bike was ready for pick up when I requested. The communication between the sales staff and the mechanics was good.

The service and speed of delivery was phenomenal. However, the item was priced higher that it should have been. The only reason why I paid that price is because it was out of stock from the manufacturer's website and I really wanted it. The price increase is why I didn't provide a 10/10 score.
