I like to support local businesses in general, but Holland's especially! I have personally seen how much they give back to the community, quietly, without fanfare or seeking recognition. They helped one of my neighbors who was having a difficult time after losing a family member tragically. They hooked her up, and made her life a bit easier. They're a family operation, that treats their customers like family. 10/10!

Not a big wear house, but they stock a lot of different products. I research online types of helmets and they had my first choice that I could try on. They didn't have the color I wanted but ordered it and it came in within the week. They are friendly and helpful.

When we purchased our bikes it was a great experience. When we brought the bikes for their check up as suggested at time of purchase we were greeted very respectfully and they serviced the bikes and called when they were ready. They were incredibly busy. I mean, Coronado on a sunny Saturday in July is busy. They managed to greet me right away. It was quite a while before anyone approached me for help but I get it. Once someone offered to help, they locked in, and suddenly my wife and I were the only people in the room. I was torn between a large beach cruiser and a tall beach cruiser. She allowed me to test drive both versions in the alley behind the shop. I was torn because I'm 5' 10" and I've been told the tall is for people over 6' 1". She applied no pressure and when another employee brushed by and said " I'm not 6'1'' but I like the tall." She agreed. It felt like they really cared about the dilemma I was going through. I love my bike and I'll be back for the shark bike horn soon. I mean what's a beach cruiser without a shark horn?

Sometimes I have to scrunch up my eyes to make sure Hollands service department is actually real and not a dream! It’s actually a dream come true. Tyler and crew do a remarkable job at providing comprehensive maintenance—for serious competitive needs, to everyday use for all. Great communications and attention to detail. Hollands and service department’s strong relationships with manufacturers comes in handy when stuff breaks and/or needs warranty replacement. In frustrating times when manufacturers won’t warranty replace, Tyler and crew bend over backwards to solve the issue themselves. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Nelson especially was so helpful and knowledgeable and his crew were very helpful and pleasant. We live out of state and ordered two new Vados on the phone. They were ready when promised and the pickup process and addition of accessories was flawless.
All in all a very pleasant retail experience and the bikes are great.

The staff is outstanding and don’t pressure you to purchase anything but they still give you all the knowledge you need to know about cycling. I talked to one of of the salesmen and even though I didn’t purchase a bike from them because I went used, I had them do a comprehensive tune up on the bike I bought. The bike looks awesome now with all the new parts.
I had an unusual request: repair a broken brake cable on a wheelchair. It looked like a simple task, but it was a puzzle I was unable to solve on my own. The good folks in the repair shop fixed it straight away and we were off and rolling. Thanks and well done.
