Best bike shop on west coast. I am retired and travel a lot. No other bike shop is as friendly, has what you need on sight and has the expertise for quality repairs. Jacob and Jose are two employees that make Holland’s the premier bike shop it is. This is why I refer to Holland’s as the “mother ship” for all my cycling needs.

From my initial phone inquiry to shipping confirmation, all aspects of my interactions with Joe and Lucas were fantastic! They patiently answered all of my questions, accommodated last minute requests, and promptly confirmed actions (invoice, payment, shipping). I would normally be very hesitant to make bicycle purchase for delivery, but I am very happy that I called Holland's bike!

I bought a Trek ebike from your store recently. I arrived at almost the end of day and Joe helped me out way past the store closing time. He explained the ebike's features and took the time to attach all the additional accessories I had purchased!
Jacob did a super job of explaining details about the E-bike I purchased. He also "fine-tuned" and adjusted my bike seat, review mirror, and answered my question.
I'm very satisfied. My Specialized bike is the third bike I have purchased at Holland's in 8 years.

Fantastic customer service!
Every staff member is extremely knowledgable and helpful. They will spend time chatting about different bikes, accessories, and/or service questions, even if I am not planning to buy something that day. Joe is awesome on the retail side and Mike is great to work with for service needs. Seriously, though, every single person working there has been very professional and knowledgable. I have bought 4-5 bikes and countless accessories over the years and I wouldn't even consider buying a bike or accessory anywhere but Hollands due to the excellent customer service.
