The employee who helped was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different locks i was looking at. He gave me the info and then gave me some time and space to consider what to buy. This personal touch is why I went to Holland’s instead of shopping online.

You don't get the feeling that you are dealing with just a sales person. You feel that you are dealing with a consumer, like you self. The personnel don't just sell, they also uses what they sell. That's important for me.

Jacob went above and beyond in helping me get a proper fit on my bike. He spent ample time making adjustments to my set-up and made sure to explain why he was making each change. I felt like I learned a lot from him. Furthermore, I felt very welcomed by all of the employees and was made comfortable in the shop.
No LBS snobbery here! Very helpful. Very friendly. Very low key suggestive sells that got me to spend an extra $100. Super well trained staff. Lucas was very personable. (I remembered his name.). I LOVE bikes, and even though there aren’t a lot of high end bikes here, i will try to patronize this shop in the future.
