Amazing customer service! I bought a floor model Brompton online and Holland's emailed just to confirm that I knew that it had been ridden before, which was totally kind of them. Just got the bike in the mail, and it's completely perfect! Sure, it's got tiny scuffs, but they're the same ones that I'd have made on it the first time I rode it anyway. Really stellar price, great customer service, fast shipping. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks, Holland's, for sending me my dream bike!
This local bike shop located in prestigious and bike-centric, Coronado, is OUTSTANDING! Not only do they have access to all the latest and greatest bikes of any kind (& brand), their employees know how to TAKE CARE of customers. Whether you are a long-time cyclist, new to the sport, or simply a tourist looking to rent a cruiser - everyone is treated with respect and listened to. 1) Holland’s staff is incredibly knowledgeable, 2) the product line is broad including Trek, Bontrager, Brompton and a range of cruiser bikes, 3) you are in Coronado where I live and 4) you provide loyal Crown City Cyclists and military members/vets w good discounts.
Was looking at a specific touring trip with my son and was frustrated by alternatives of renting a bike in Europe or paying a fortune to ship a bike I would need to reassemble. Holland’s Lucas suggested I consider a Brompton folding bike. After Lucas explained the technology and advantages he went out of his way to truly tailor the right model to my needs. The price is competitive and tech support superb.

I have always wanted a brompton, but also I have worried about how to fold and unfold it. Lucas at Holland's Bicycle was the very person to introduce about brompton, especially to beginner like me! Having grown-up in Coronado I have purchased many bikes from Holland’s over the years. I like the friendly, local service and the fact that I can bring my bike in for air or a quick adjustment at any time. Jacob helped me pick out a bike and secure lock this time. I told him my criteria and he recommended two that I should try and I loved both but the Electra Townie won me over! Thanks for making the process so easy! I’ll be back for more accessories at a later date!
