Amazing customer service! I bought a floor model Brompton online and Holland's emailed just to confirm that I knew that it had been ridden before, which was totally kind of them. Just got the bike in the mail, and it's completely perfect! Sure, it's got tiny scuffs, but they're the same ones that I'd have made on it the first time I rode it anyway. Really stellar price, great customer service, fast shipping. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks, Holland's, for sending me my dream bike!

1) Holland’s staff is incredibly knowledgeable, 2) the product line is broad including Trek, Bontrager, Brompton and a range of cruiser bikes, 3) you are in Coronado where I live and 4) you provide loyal Crown City Cyclists and military members/vets w good discounts.
Was looking at a specific touring trip with my son and was frustrated by alternatives of renting a bike in Europe or paying a fortune to ship a bike I would need to reassemble. Holland’s Lucas suggested I consider a Brompton folding bike. After Lucas explained the technology and advantages he went out of his way to truly tailor the right model to my needs. The price is competitive and tech support superb.
