Joe at Hollands Bikes and the entire staff is very helpful positive and personable! They have been giving our family great service through out the years. We have and always will choose to use Hollands for servicing our bikes, buying locks as well as purchasing our new bikes. They provide great bikes all the accessories, custom services including cutting a bike lock and dropping off our new bike. They go above and beyond! We would highly recommended them.

Amazing customer service! Great and super knowledgeable staff. They will do what is necessary to get your bike back and running... even if your internal shifting mechanism is old, has zero replacement parts and they have to rebuild your wheel with a new internal shifting mechanism.

Holland's Bicycles is a store with great products and professional and friendly staff. I worked with Bojac to get a new bike. He steered me to a bike that met my desired qualities and explained the pros and cons of the bike compared to other models. What was most impressive is the staff engages with you so you feel like you are with a group of friends discussing bikes. I left with a new bike and more knowledge about riding bikes than when I arrived. I would recommend Holland's for any of your biking needs.

Super honest experience! We bought a bike, upon tuning it they found a defect in the frame. I would never ever had seen that defect, but they did. They couldn’t let me leave with the bike. We came to a very reasonable solution. No one lost their cool, tried to pressure us, or make any promises they couldn’t keep. Totally positive experience.
