Amazing and fast service, super helpful and knowledgeable staff
The gentleman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He explained about 5 different road bikes to me and the differences between them. He offered me a test ride so I could get a sense of which bike I wanted. After I completed my purchase, he even showed me a few of his favoriate rides in the area. Overall, this was a great experience. If he had not been working, I would not have purchased by 2020 Specialized Allez that day.

Totally takes the worry out of finding the right saddle for your kind of riding! I was having some saddle issues with my new bike got it fixed in no time! Just bought my first eBike, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! I received excellent, I mean over the top service from all the folks at Hollands. They were as genuinely excited about my new bike as I was. There are no high-pressure sales, they want to be sure you get the right bike for your personal needs. I was an avid cyclist for decades but not so much in the past 10 or so years. With this ebike, It brought back my love of cycling while still getting a great workout (without being wiped out for the rest of the day, or killing my knees, yada yada).
