Despite the inability to enter the store because of the covid pandemic, I felt we were given very good service and attention. We were able to see and try out the bicycles and helmets that we were interested in with no problem. I feel that I got a quality bicycle and am very happy with it so far.

The buying and pick up process was easy and seamless. The only issue is the basket on the bike wasn't installed when it I was told it was all ready. But they installed it right away and allowed us to wait.
Joe was very helpful and courteous. He made me feel real comfortable about my purchase. The purchase process was seamless. I purchased online and picked up at the store.
Sales people were great especially given the current restrictions. Didn’t feel rushed into making a decision and they were very knowledgeable about all the products I asked about.

Great customer service. Was looking for a specific bike. Called and spoke to Joe. Very friendly and helpful. They had the bike I was looking for. I paid over the phone and came to pick it up a few days later. Friendly staff. I didn’t go in the store due to Coronavirus but employee (unk name) brought my bike out to me. Test rode it and he adjusted the seat height. Very happy with my new bike. Thanks for the great customer service!!
