I’m pretty sure you were the only place online in the US that I could find the bike seat and grips I wanted for my new Electra bike!
I live in Maine and my local bike shop owner said I’d likely have to wait until
OCTOBER—-so I searched and searched and you are the only shop that has stuff in stock to ship. I received a friendly email right away offering a substitution for the seat I ordered—
my items shipped that day, and my bike will be perfect by next week.

I’ve been in the market for a bicycle after the pandemic hit to get back outside and have something to enjoy. I started searching for my first road bike and was met with varying attitudes and help at different shops. Needless to say when I got to Holland’s I was a bit intimidated as I’ve knew nothing about road bikes, but wanted to learn more and purchase a good one. At other shops I was met with customer service that was subpar or made to seem like it was a chore. However, Jacob quickly showed me the definition of customer service and his enthusiasm knowledge and overall love for the sport made me know I was in the right place. It is that excellent customer service that made want to purchase a bicycle from Holland’s and make it my shop. Thank you Jacob!
You guys are the best. I was on a deadline to pick a bike for my wife that she wanted to use on our trip but, we’re swamp with other orders. You guys came on the clinch and set her bike up on the day of. Really appreciate it and will outstandingly recommend you guys 200%. Thanks again!!

Even despite the COVID 19 challenges of not being able to step foot in the store, Jacob and the others I interacted with were very professional, prompt, informative, and very customer focused. Made my trip from Ventura all the way to Coronado well worth it!

They’re helpful both in person and through online purchases. They’re communicative with online purchases especially if parts were not available. I’ve purchased two bikes at this shop going back to 2011.
Despite the inability to enter the store because of the covid pandemic, I felt we were given very good service and attention. We were able to see and try out the bicycles and helmets that we were interested in with no problem. I feel that I got a quality bicycle and am very happy with it so far.
