From the moment I talked to Hollands bike, in regards to one of the biggest purchases I’ve made, I felt 100% comfortable and trusted I was in good hands with my purchase. I bought an Electra Townie Balloon... and when I picked it up, my jaw dropped. Hollands understood the “everyday” person and everyday people’s needs. I may not be the richest person, but they made me feel like a VIP.

Made buying a bike super easy! Answered all of my questions, able to suggest a bike that would work with my height and what I am wanting to do. Everyone was very friendly. Even with social distancing protocol it was a simple and fast process.
Jacob was excellent to buy a bicycle from, provided unparalleled customer service and made me a repeat customer the very next day to buy a second bike for my wife! Appreciate the military discount also! I think you guys should give a Holland’s T-shirt away with each bike purchase because I would love to rep what you guys stand for. You have the coolest selection of bicycles - and whilst we weren’t successful today( as the bike we were hoping for was too small) we WILL be back when the covid -19 shut down is over and my daughter can try out your bikes - and we WILL buy our daughter a new bike .
