The bike was in stock and I was able to test ride it. Even though it was a little more than I wanted to spend on a bike, I felt it was worth it since he was so knowledgeable & informative and I feel like I have a reputable bike store to go to for any follow up help or service if needed.

I liked that fact you folks had the saddle I haven been searching for ever since I found out that it was discontinued and that was the electra sparker xl. Not sure why they would discontinue such a comfy saddle. You guys rock!!!

Jacob from Holland's Bicycles was very helpful in making sure I had the right size bike. I purchased my bike the same day and the store held it until I was able to pick it up. The gentlemen who helped me (I wish I could remember his name) helped me secure my bike to my bike rack. He made sure I was fitted properly for my bike before leaving the store. He also educated me on bike care for the future. I would definitely recommend Holland's to whoever is in the market for a bike!

The service is always good, thank you. When you leave a bike for repairs, it would be nice if they would give you a receipt upon request. The last time I asked, I was refused a receipt. This could be important if the bike was stolen.

I recently ordered a bike through your website. Everyone from the person who responded to the order via email to the person who greeted me when I came to pick it up was courteous and professional. Every bike shop has been swamped since the pandemic, and it’s easy and even acceptable to get away with standard service. Just because you’re busy doesn’t mean service can’t be personable, and you are one of the few shops that understands that. Definitely coming back.

Love my townie 5 i , the color is beautiful, glacier blue, I started, with 7d,but upgraded to 5 i ...the ride is smoother, motor is in middle of bike, well balanced. The help,from Jacob, was fantastic. Took the time on how to operate the bike, let us try the bike in a safe place... thank - you..... also hollland bicycle in Coronado, has the best supply of townies Electra.
