Great customer service and good quality products
The service is always good, thank you. When you leave a bike for repairs, it would be nice if they would give you a receipt upon request. The last time I asked, I was refused a receipt. This could be important if the bike was stolen.
Lucas and the team were fantasic and helped me to get my first road bike! I am so happy with my bike, and I have been loving riding it around!

I recently ordered a bike through your website. Everyone from the person who responded to the order via email to the person who greeted me when I came to pick it up was courteous and professional. Every bike shop has been swamped since the pandemic, and it’s easy and even acceptable to get away with standard service. Just because you’re busy doesn’t mean service can’t be personable, and you are one of the few shops that understands that. Definitely coming back.

Love my townie 5 i , the color is beautiful, glacier blue, I started, with 7d,but upgraded to 5 i ...the ride is smoother, motor is in middle of bike, well balanced. The help,from Jacob, was fantastic. Took the time on how to operate the bike, let us try the bike in a safe place... thank - you..... also hollland bicycle in Coronado, has the best supply of townies Electra.

We just purchased an Electra cruiser. Jacob was extremely helpful in answering my questions, especially since I wasn't too familiar with cruiser style bicycles and it's been a while since I've been on a bike. My former bike was a mt bike and the feeling of one over the other is quite different. Needless to say Jacob adjusted my cruiser to fit my 6'2" frame and it feels good. The best part of my experience was his attention to my 7 yr old and helping him with a water bottle holder for his bike. He listened to my son and made him feel like he was truly a part of the bicycle shopping experience. Great customer service. :)
I was so lucky that they have the model/size/color of bike I've been dreaming for. The visit was fantastic. Worth the 2 hours of driving down to Coronado. Man, I hope all bike shops in LA have the same attitude and enthusiasm like the guys in Holland's.

I was looking for a particular Specialized Turbo Levo e-MTB. I am located in Austin, Texas and couldn't find it anywhere but both east and west coasts. Holland had the model, size, and color I wanted in stock, were great to work with and I ended up driving out to pick it up two days later. Great response and service when I picked it up with good covid-19 protocols. I'm very happy with my decision on the e-MTB and choosing Holland to purchase it from.

Super helpful staff (even in the COVID times when you aren’t allowed to enter the store). I came across the store online and they had the exact bike I wanted and put it together for me to test ride promptly.
They also had all of the accessories (helmet, pedals, water bottle cages, etc) that I needed at the time and installed items free of charge.
Great first time experience and I will be back even though I have to drive further - it was worth it.
Your people are very courteous and sincere. I enjoy dealing with them especially Ryan and Nelson.

I recently purchased the Townie at your store and was assisted by Jacob. He was so informative and knowledgeable about the bike and even helped us with a number of other issues we had about transporting the bike in our car. Even more so, a few days after the purchase, he helped us again and again with this and that. I couldn't have asked for better service and care for his customers than the way he treated me and my husband. I will be recommending your store to everyone in the future.
The only thing that was upsetting to me right after my purchase is when another salesperson gave me a hard time about the mask. I was standing by the side door (at least 12 feet away from him; he was well inside the shop and I was outside the ribbon around the area) when he instructed me to put on my mask that I had in my hand and go around the corner to the front. I said "You want me to put it on right now? You mean you don't trust me to walk around the corner and put it on?"
He insisted I put it on in front of him. I am 72 years old and I wasn't about to cowtow to his demand. I felt like taking back my purchase. When I told Jacob what happened he was very sympathetic and understanding and agreed with me that that was a bit extreme. He said he would address the situation with the young man.
I don't know the name of that person, but anyone should be mindful of not speaking with such disrespect to anyone (especially at my age) as though I am a child.
Thanks for listening, and once again, my deep-felt thanks to Jacob. You should give him a raise! He is a valuable employee!
