We have purchased two Electra Townie's from Holland's. In my opinion, Holland's Bikes is the very best in customer service and support and the most knowledgeable company in the business. Nelson was the only sales person, out of many from several different bikes shop's, who would take the time to find that bike part(s) we needed.
