Branded bikes like Trek & Specialized rarely trade on price. Service is key. I wanted a child's bike which was step up from the discount/big box stores. Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful even though i had to stay outside. Decision made, the rest of the staff came through with quick assembly & delivery. So far, i am very pleased with the store.

Good service, they take care of their customers! it’s about a 45 minute drive to their Coronado location from where I live and I make the commute rather than going somewhere closer because I think it’s worth it. So far I’ve purchased a road bike, helmet, and some other gear from them

Good service
First I was told new bikes would be built in 7 days (I was fine with that). I drove down to the shop (from Escondido) and test rode a similar bike. Loved it and bought the one that wasn’t built. I was then told it would take two days to build. It ended up being built the next day and I was able to take it to the trails 2 days after buying it!!! It couldn’t have gone better. I was thoroughly impressed.
