Jacob’s sister Noelle was a great help in buying my wife’s new townie bike , had the bike ready to go when we picked it up .Lucas help us finalize the transaction ,with COVID-19 measures in place it’s very awkward to actually shop but they did there best . We have purchased two Electra Townie's from Holland's. In my opinion, Holland's Bikes is the very best in customer service and support and the most knowledgeable company in the business. Nelson was the only sales person, out of many from several different bikes shop's, who would take the time to find that bike part(s) we needed.

The guys that assisted me were helpful. Even when the bike I wanted initially was sold out and wasn't going to be in stock for a while, they found a bike that still fit my needs and was within my price range. I'm very happy with my purchase.
