Your service team is great! All employees and owners are very nice and helpful but you’ve got to open up the store for customers so they can come in the store now. Especially if all staff have been vaccinated. Yes customers and staff should still wear masks until CA says it’s not required which I believe will be June 15. You’re missing out on many sales too.

Every time I go here, everyone is friendly and attentive. They ask the right questions to figure out the issue and know how to resolve. Solid prices, discount if you purchased your bike from there. All in all, great shop to purchase a bike from and continue to get your service and anything else there!

Very friendly and helpful. I was unable to find the bike my wife wanted anywhere in Arizona so I called Holland and was surprised at how easily the staff accommodated my needs.
