The shop in downtown is always busy, yet I did no have to wait long to be serviced in both visits I paid. Also very efficient staff, got my decision made quickly. Special mention to Lucas for his prompt follow up, transparency and to the point advices and flexibility.

Although we were set to purchase a bike from them, it all did not work out. Even throughout the pandemic when we called month after month to check on whether the bike had come in the different people that I spoke to were always polite and knowledgeable.

I called to have some bike lights held for my son to pick up and the associate who answered the phone was very courteous and I had no problem ordering my item.

Bojac and Lucas are awesome. The shop is so much more than tourist destination shop - BUT these guys want to help any cyclist who enters their shop. High end three hour bike fittings - check / grabbing some locks for the beach cruisers - check / picking up a few e-bikes for out of town guests - check / helping me choose the right tire for my next gravel race - check / new tubes and tires for my dog stroller - check / new tires for my cafe bike and fixing an internally geared hub that I have no idea how to work on - check. These guys have, and do everything.
These guys ride bikes. Halfway up a 10 mile dirt climb at a very large road/gravel race - who rides up to me... Bojac! Shouting encouragement and making me dig deeper.
This shop is the real deal!
They have been around so long that they carry both Trek and Specialized - (Trek and Specialized don't allow that anymore but this shop is grandfathered in - because they have been around for so long).
They wrench, they sell, they ride. Dassit!
