What I liked most is really a whom I liked most. Lucas Evans was absolutely great to talk to, from my first visit through the final sale. He never rushed (or rushed me), no hard sale, lots of information. He was always friendly and professional. I just thought he was completely trustworthy and he was a pleasure to deal with.
I hope that my post-sale experience will be as good when I need help, warranty work or bike service, but I am optimistic!

I asked about an Etrike a few weeks ago and I was told they would talk to their rep and get back to me. We spoke a couple of times after that and then I got a call they could get one. I have called several bike shops in Calif and out of state and no one could get one. Nelson was very relatable and I appreciate his customer service. We are in Coronado often and ride our bikes at The Strand. Now with the Etrike I can ride into town and do the hills when we travel a lot easier. Thank you Holland’s Bikes and Nelson for your timely response to all my questions and service!

Huge selection! I've been dreaming of a Brompton for 10 years and found them here. Was able to test and compare between the electric and non-electric bicycles. Enjoyed it so much that even my husband wanted one. Ordered 2 of them in November and had them delivered to Vegas before Christmas. Everyone at the store was so nice and knowledgeable. If I need anything, I just call and get the best customer service even all the way in Vegas! Jake is the best!
Holland's Bicycles had the model in stock when no one else did. I even had a color selection to chose from. Bike was very professionally boxed and completely adjusted just had to install front wheel, handlebars and seat.
Every person that works there is super friendly and patient. I bought my mountain bike from Holland's 10 years ago and they take great care of it.

Friendly service. They fix my bike up beautifully and it was not expensive. They called me as soon as it was ready. What more could you ask for?
