I have no doubts that I walked out with the perfect bike for me and I feel very well equipped with the knowledge he gave me to properly care for it and register it in case of any warranty issues arising. He even showed me how to load it into my car!
I just want to say, being in the Specialty retail industry myself, truley good customer service is HARD to find!! He really thought of everything and it made the whole experience of spending almost $4,000 so much less stressful (this is personally the largest purchase I have ever made) and I am relieved to feel so good about it!

Hollands service team is always there to take care of my bikes. Excellent communication on service issues and completion and when to pick up my bike.
The Holland's team members were very personable and went out of their way to get me set up with a bike for my son. They even called me to remind me about a minor issue.
The customer service here is phenomenal. Jacob helped me, on a busy Sunday morning, to select the perfect cruiser for my height. He went above and beyond, offering solutions and making adjustments to a tester, so that I could ride comfortably and safely. The rest of the team were also completely fantastic in helping me select a helmet and accessories. I did not mention it to the staff but I had brain surgery a few years ago and am naturally a little concerned about protecting my skull. I forgot his name but the gentleman who helped me with the helmets gave an unprompted, very detailed description of the different safety features that really put me (and my husband) at ease and helped inform my decision. I was also completely blown away that they were able to assemble my new bike the same day. THE SAME DAY!! I am just over the moon in love with my new bike and greatly appreciate the friendly, helpful staff at Holland's for helping me find her. <3

Holland's Bicycles had the Electra Townie Go 10 that I wanted. I ordered it on-line, set a pick-up date, called to confirm the order was received. It was perfect! They had the bike ready to go when I arrived just as ordered. They briefly went over the bike and I was out the door in about 15 minutes. I would recommend this shop.

This is how all bike shops should be. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. I hesitate to call them staff, as they act as advisors to ensure the customer is happy and heading in the correct path. If there was a rating higher than 10, I would give them higher.
