Throughout the supply chain chaos of the pandemic they’ve managed to help me select two new bikes for training and racing, along with all the myriad of support I need to help repair and keep them running smoothly—when I’m still getting comfortable working on all the new technology. The repair shop team is just incredible, and I’ve only seen one shop In SD over the years that could compare, but they were bought, then closed down. We came into your store when we saw you carry Specialized bikes. We have 2. I have been looking for a rear rack to put a basket on the back of my Como. Jacob knew exactly what we needed, had it in stock and installed it on my bike in a timely manner. I also bought a basket to fit the rack and another small bag for front handlebars. It was a A+ experience. We will return next time we are in Coronado.

With supply chain issues - my state didn't have the specific Specialized road bike I was looking for, but Holland's did. I worked with Nelson & Jacob who were both extremely helpful in assisting me with the purchase.
In less than 24 hours - I had all my bike questions answered, worked with them on logistics plans, purchased, & they shipped the bike. Based on this level of customer service/follow through, I would highly recommend Holland's for a new bike purchase.
