We came into your store when we saw you carry Specialized bikes. We have 2. I have been looking for a rear rack to put a basket on the back of my Como. Jacob knew exactly what we needed, had it in stock and installed it on my bike in a timely manner. I also bought a basket to fit the rack and another small bag for front handlebars. It was a A+ experience. We will return next time we are in Coronado.

With supply chain issues - my state didn't have the specific Specialized road bike I was looking for, but Holland's did. I worked with Nelson & Jacob who were both extremely helpful in assisting me with the purchase.
In less than 24 hours - I had all my bike questions answered, worked with them on logistics plans, purchased, & they shipped the bike. Based on this level of customer service/follow through, I would highly recommend Holland's for a new bike purchase.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They let me test ride, installed my add ons and did a tune up before purchase. My dog also really liked the shop and felt right at home.

I went to 4 different bike shops looking for the perfect ride and this is the only one that didn’t treat me like a “girl”. I’m a 26 year old woman, and cyclist of 10 years, and the guys at Holland’s treated me with that level of respect, and found me the perfect bike. Definitely recommend!
On my visit, there was a good amount of inventory. Jacob (Bojac ) was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. There was no pressure to buy anything. Before I left, everything was adjusted and installed for me. I was even shown how to remove the tire and allowed to record how to do it.
