The guy with long hair and a beard (I hate that I cannot remember his name because he was so cool) spent several minutes helping decide on an aero vs TT helmet and even researched aero test results for me! He was awesome. The individualized experience and knowledgeable help is amazing here. He also gave me a great price on an older model. This is why I always come back to hollands!!

Price was fair. Less expensive online. I called to check if the bike was in stock and the salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable. Online communication was quick and accurate. When I picked the bike up the staff and young lady who helped us were great. All around positive experience.

I bought a 2021 Specialized Turbo Levo Comp from Hollands Bike this past February. The experience was awesome. Jacob and Tyler were beyond belief great at setting up the bike to perfection. I've had Hollands service install a number of upgrades with just recently $3K worth of upgrades in brakes, carbon wheels, SRAM 12 speed cassette, and chain. I rely on Tyler to do the tougher bits of the upgrades and trust that he will do an awesome job. Jacob was great at making sure my Fox forks were at the best air pressure as well as my Fox rear shock. He also did a fitting that helped alieviate shine numbness and made my ride more comfortable. His recommendation of better insoles for my 5 10 flat pedal bike shoes was excellent. Trust Hollands for your bike purchases and service!! Also their prices are very competitive and I buy those parts that they carry.

I'm super glad you reached out to me to conduct a survey because I'm very happy with the sales team and especially the service team. Tyler with the service department in particular has been awesome!! Last year I had a warranty issue with my Specialized Epic Evo bike and the frame needed to be swapped out. He was able to quickly get my current bike running again while waiting for the new frame to come in. Granted it took nearly a year for the new frame to arrive, due to supply chain issues, but Tyler was always very responsive when I checked in on the status. The new frame recently came in and it took just a couple days to swap out the parts and components to the new frame. Tyler has always been very professional and he is also very knowledgeable and makes solid and practical recommendations if you want to make any upgrades to your bike.
