Here is what I wrote on YELP yesterday: I bought a bike for the first time in many years. Jacob made me feel so comfortable with my choice and was so very helpful. He really cares. I would recommend going to this bike shop for anyone who is new to cycling. I do know that a seasoned cyclist will also prefer their expertise. Wonderful place for beginners to experts!
UPDATE: I visited the shop the next day. Joe and Jacob's sister helped me with all the accessories I needed. It's a great place with great people! I love my new Trek FX 2!

I had plans to someday buy this bike and wondered if your shop had one as I have purchased kids bikes from you years back. I made the call since I was in the area and it was meant to be. Jacob was the BEST! He answered all my questions, clearing up concerns as I’ve never owned a real mountain bike since I do road and triathlon. I felt at home and extremely comfortable with the team. Thank you Jacob for making this happen. I am extremely pleased, especially knowing how difficult it is to get a Specialized these days, Now, it’s time for me to fit this into my training schedule without hurting myself. Thanks again.

Purchased two bikes. Their ordering system had pushed the delivery for my second bike two week from the original delivery date. When Kathy noticed the error, she fixed it by getting the team to deliver my bike in less than 3 hours. Thanks to Kathy and the team for getting me back on the road.

The guy with long hair and a beard (I hate that I cannot remember his name because he was so cool) spent several minutes helping decide on an aero vs TT helmet and even researched aero test results for me! He was awesome. The individualized experience and knowledgeable help is amazing here. He also gave me a great price on an older model. This is why I always come back to hollands!!

Price was fair. Less expensive online. I called to check if the bike was in stock and the salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable. Online communication was quick and accurate. When I picked the bike up the staff and young lady who helped us were great. All around positive experience.

the kindness and the price
One of only a few shops in the country that had a size small Como 5.0. I called from 400 miles away on Sunday to get this bike for my significant other. I talked to Joe who got the bike built up for our midday arrival on Monday. The bike was ready and Jacob (aka Bojac) helped us and spent over an hour with us teaching us the new E-bike. Exceptional service, super friendly and knowledgeable. I'm a bit of a bikefit nut and he showed me there entire high end bikefit room. Great experience - highly recommended.
