Knowledgeable and fair
I only know him by his first name, Nelson. He was extremely helpful to me in discovering the problem with my battery on my e bike. He isolated the problem to my gage on my handlebars. He also spent time with my wife and I on determining if we were interested in purchasing a used electric tricycle. He let us try it out several times. Ultimately we were able to determine that we were not interested right now in purchasing one. He allowed us time to think about this and try out the trike. We are thankful for all his help.

Employees like Bojac, Jake and Tyler keep me coming back. They listen to my questions and make extra efforts to find the right helmets, cycling shoes, tires and bikes to best match my riding style. They are helpful and thoughtful. Tyler is a superb mechanic. It is nice to have a real, full-service bike shop in the region when so much cycling business has gone online.

I purchased a Trek X 4.0 and whoever boxed my bike did an outstanding job. The box arrived at my house in Mesa, Arizona in perfect condition. Although the box had been damaged (most likely by UPS), the bike itself was undamaged.
