Joe was extremely helpful. I got there really late because I got stuck in traffic and even though I got there 10 minutes before closing hours he assisted me greatly without rushing me out of the store. He allowed me to test ride the bicycle that I was looking for and when I got back he gave me very useful information about the types of writing that I could do and told me about the rate thanks this store offers included with buying my bicycle. I am new to the bicycle world but I felt extremely confident about purchasing this bike thanks to Joe because of his tentative customer service and knowledge. I will definitely recommend this store and I will keep coming here whenever I need something for my bicycle.

I can't say enough about how awesome Jacob was. I was helping my son purchase an electric bike. I live in Tennessee which hindered my ability to use my debit card in California. I'm so thankful Jacob was extremely understanding and patient. After 10+ phone calls, the bike was purchased!!!
