I walked in and instantly felt like a friend. I was looking at the foldable bikes. After some discussion, I was offered a chance to test drive the bikes. It only took five or 10 minutes to take that test drive and know that I absolutely loved and wanted a foldable bike. my wife and I both bought one and are enjoying them immensely. We love that if anything goes wrong with the bike there is a team of qualified service professionals to help maintain our warranty from the manufacturer and perform all service maintenance! Stopped by Holland’s unexpectedly to ask about rentals while on vacation & started talking about their road bike inventory. I asked a ton of questions, got such great insight & assistance from Nelson & Jacob that I purchased a Specialized Aethos. They built & shipped my bike without any issues. Good communication throughout & the process was easy. Love my new bike, wish Holland’s was my local store. Great service experience.

From the moment I called to see if they had a bike in stock, the staff at holland bicycle was very kind and answered all my questions without the feeling I was bugging them.They were very accommodating to get me riding asap. The bike was ready before they said it would and they made sure I knew everything about it before I left. I didn’t feel rushed which was a great feeling. Holland bicycle has a new customer for sure. Although I’m familiar with Brompton bicycles, they reviewed the bike’s features, folding technique, and other tips (how to use the bike as a cart) to include one I’ve never heard of before!
