I was looking all over Orange County for a Specialized Como 4.0. None to be found. Saw on the Holland’s website that they had one in stock. Called at 11:00 am on July 3 to confirm if the bike was in stock, spoke with Jacob. Jacob confirmed it was, took a deposit over the phone and said to check back in two hours to see if the bike could be built same day. Before I could call, back Jacob called me to say the bike would be ready at 3:00. Got to the store which very busy, but the staff was incredibly helpful, brought the bike out and sent me off on a test ride. When I got back, Jacob was waiting asking how I liked it and if I had any questions. He patiently answered my questions and also recommended a back rack, which was installed in 20 minutes. After finishing the transaction, Jacob walked with me to my car down the block and helped load up the bike. Jacob and the team rocked it, especially on Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. The team had a great attitude and was focused on great service. Even though I live over an hour away in Orange County, it’s well worth making the trip to San Diego for future purchases and service. I highly recommend that you check out Holland’s bikes for great selection and service.
I ordered the bike online and received a confirmation call the next morning with a pick up date and time. The communication was superb and the pick up was seamless. The bike was more beautiful than I anticipated. I can’t wait for the big reveal at the birthday party. 🙌🏻

The friendly and knowledgeable sales staff, especially Luther and Jacob. Everyone puts the customer first. They listen to you and try the find the best product for your needs. I would never consider going to another shop. The mechanics are also excellent.

Joe was the reason I drove down to purchase my bike from your shop. He supplied me with even more info than what I had researched. When I came to pick up my bike everyone was very friendly. I just wish I could have gone in the shop and looked around but I understand the social distancing.

Joe and his team were awesome! Got my bike built and ready by the end of the day and took their time showing me how to use the electronics on the bike. Great customer service.
