I had to wait almost a month to get my Alibi bicycle repaired, which I thought was too long for a long time and loyal customer...living in Coronado and buying from Holland’s since the 1940’s.
The Specialized Alibi I had purchased from you was in bad need of brakes, plus it was very noisy peddling in low gears.
I finally got it in to your repair side on 7 August.
Your staff, especially Brian, was very courteous and I was given a loaner bike to pedal home.
That the bike was ready the same day and works perfectly was a wonderful thing.
All in all I like Holland’s, but I would have preferred to have been shown some “loyalty courtesy” when I first showed up in mid-July with real problems.
Waiting for about 3 weeks shows me you are busy, but that I not that important a customer anymore.

When I picked up my beautiful new Electra bike he made all the adjustments for a comfortable ride. I also asked for a cup holder, bell and basket and he brought me several choices to choose from. Lastly, he was very professional and kind. Thank you again, I’m loving my new bike.
