I’ve been in the market for a bicycle after the pandemic hit to get back outside and have something to enjoy. I started searching for my first road bike and was met with varying attitudes and help at different shops. Needless to say when I got to Holland’s I was a bit intimidated as I’ve knew nothing about road bikes, but wanted to learn more and purchase a good one. At other shops I was met with customer service that was subpar or made to seem like it was a chore. However, Jacob quickly showed me the definition of customer service and his enthusiasm knowledge and overall love for the sport made me know I was in the right place. It is that excellent customer service that made want to purchase a bicycle from Holland’s and make it my shop. Thank you Jacob!
You guys are the best. I was on a deadline to pick a bike for my wife that she wanted to use on our trip but, we’re swamp with other orders. You guys came on the clinch and set her bike up on the day of. Really appreciate it and will outstandingly recommend you guys 200%. Thanks again!!

Even despite the COVID 19 challenges of not being able to step foot in the store, Jacob and the others I interacted with were very professional, prompt, informative, and very customer focused. Made my trip from Ventura all the way to Coronado well worth it!

They’re helpful both in person and through online purchases. They’re communicative with online purchases especially if parts were not available. I’ve purchased two bikes at this shop going back to 2011.
Despite the inability to enter the store because of the covid pandemic, I felt we were given very good service and attention. We were able to see and try out the bicycles and helmets that we were interested in with no problem. I feel that I got a quality bicycle and am very happy with it so far.

The buying and pick up process was easy and seamless. The only issue is the basket on the bike wasn't installed when it I was told it was all ready. But they installed it right away and allowed us to wait.
Joe was very helpful and courteous. He made me feel real comfortable about my purchase. The purchase process was seamless. I purchased online and picked up at the store.
Sales people were great especially given the current restrictions. Didn’t feel rushed into making a decision and they were very knowledgeable about all the products I asked about.

Great customer service. Was looking for a specific bike. Called and spoke to Joe. Very friendly and helpful. They had the bike I was looking for. I paid over the phone and came to pick it up a few days later. Friendly staff. I didn’t go in the store due to Coronavirus but employee (unk name) brought my bike out to me. Test rode it and he adjusted the seat height. Very happy with my new bike. Thanks for the great customer service!!
