Jacob went above and beyond in helping me get a proper fit on my bike. He spent ample time making adjustments to my set-up and made sure to explain why he was making each change. I felt like I learned a lot from him. Furthermore, I felt very welcomed by all of the employees and was made comfortable in the shop.
No LBS snobbery here! Very helpful. Very friendly. Very low key suggestive sells that got me to spend an extra $100. Super well trained staff. Lucas was very personable. (I remembered his name.). I LOVE bikes, and even though there aren’t a lot of high end bikes here, i will try to patronize this shop in the future.

Very Friendly and knowledgeable staff. When I walked in I was amazed at the selection of bikes! Nelson walked up and was super happy and asked how he could help. He went out of his way to help me find the perfect bike!!
