I was very sure that I was going to purchase a specific bike when I went in to your store on 2/12/2024. Jake helped me and asked what it was I was looking for. I told him the make and model of the bike I wanted to test and he brought it out for me to look at and sit on. However, he asked me some questions about what I wanted/needed and said that there was another bike that would fit my needs as well. To sum it all up I took up at least 45 minutes of his time ride testing three different bikes multiple times. He was very patient and adjusted the saddle on two of the bikes so I could test the fit.
Needless to say I bought a different bike and I thank Jake for suggesting other choices. I was very happy with the customer service provided by Jake.

I had been looking for an accessory that was no longer on the Trek website, however that site had an option to try specific regional Trek outlets that showed the particular accessory was in their stock.
Holland Bicycles was the closest store. I phoned directly and was answered by a staff member (Nelson) who was curious and responsive to my inquiry. I was rewarded to learn Holland had the accessory in stock. Nelson, arranged for the accessory confirmation and set the accessory aside for delivery by the shipping department.
Holland then sent notice of shipment, which arrived via USPS in two days.
A pleasant shopping experience, one which I will definitely pursue directly with Holland Bicycle for future Trek parts and accessories.

Friendly staff. Helpful. Only issue is your hours are not very convenient. Opening at 10am and closing at 5pm does not allow for fulltime workers like myself to easily get into the store for service.
The Mavic rims I was looking for are hard to find in the U.S. I appreciate that I could order them from Holland's Bicycles and pick them up at the store.
Holland's Bicycles has excellent customer service. They are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The let you sit on the bikes and handle them. Good prices as well. i went to other places that was closer to me and those places did even take the time to help. At Holland's Bicycles from the moment you walk in they begin to help you and take the time to explain the aspects of their bikes.I definitely recommend them.
