Came in to buy a bike lock. The dude who helped me gave me some time to make a good decision on which lock to purchase. I purchased a 100 dollar lock and I probably wouldn’t have if I didn’t get introduced to it with an explanation.

Top quality service, competitive pricing, and full range of top cycling equipment isn’t always available at local bike shop. Holland’s is the exception.
I’ll walk in to Holland’s for a $16 part and walk out with the part and $50 worth of great insight that was, of course free. I purchased cruiser bikes, road bikes, and two amazing Bromptons from them over the past 10 years.

Everyone was incredible - from the gentleman that walked me through the Brompton features and sold me my bike (he’s the Velodrome MC) to Nelson who spent about an hour making sure I knew how to fold/unfold it and actually use it.
