The staff is knowledgeable, generally very thorough, and do not suggest additions items that you do not need. Prices seem fair, not exorbitant. Availability lacking on tires but that seems to be the case in many places of late. Tyler and Malcolm did great job test riding my e Bike

Everyone was incredible - from the gentleman that walked me through the Brompton features and sold me my bike (he’s the Velodrome MC) to Nelson who spent about an hour making sure I knew how to fold/unfold it and actually use it. The staff are great, low key and helpful, nothing stuffy about them, great, the service department is sensational. They are helpful, friendly and quick. The entire shop is low key yet professional, old school in the very best of ways. Hollands is probably better than ever. The owner has a fine team and a great shop.
Prices are always fair and honest. The fact you serve such a wide range of bike owners, such a wide range of ages and levels with equal dedication is rare.
Hollands is a part of Coronado, nobody can deny that. It has remained such a great example of all that a shop should be. By the way.....very few bike shops can make that claim. Hollands does it perfectly.
