I ordered an endurance bike from Holland’s bikes and I couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism of the team and the quality of their work when it came to building the bike. The team at Holland’s genuinely wants you to get the most out of your biking experience. They ask you questions about everything from your riding style preferences to your riding goals in helping to determine the best equipment for your needs. They also took the time to help adjust everything on the bike from the saddle and saddle bar hight to the pedals. Just a great all around experience with these guys.
Every time we go into Holland's they are so helpful - whether it's for a quick question, or to buy a piece of equipment for my bike, or to get a new tire or tune up. We just purchased new bikes and they were so helpful with showing us our options, listening to what we were interested in to meet our needs, and then fitting the right bikes (and right budget) for us. We love this shop and all the employees!

Good products and excellent customer service
As a long time mountain biker I'm getting more into road biking and was picking up a new bike from you guys. Jacob helped me out and he was awesome. Very knowledgable and helpful in terms of getting me everything I needed; pedals, shoes, helmet, safety tools/accessories. I really enjoyed working with him and love the bike!
The only reason I scored a 9 and not a 10- after test riding the bike the first time we dropped it off at service dept for some minor testing/adjustments to the shifting while I was getting some shoes. I didn't test ride it again after that but once I got home I noticed that the front shifter wasn't working and so I had to spend a little time troubleshooting. I eventually figured out I had to tweak the cable adjustments and everything was fine so no big deal, but just wanted to pass along the feedback!
Hollands Bike shop is my favorite bike shop in San Diego. The service department is great. The sales department also great. It's about a 35 plus mile round trip from my house to the shop and back. That's the only downside. That's ok because the service is outstanding. There's a bike shop literally one mile from my house. A big name bike shop. Starts with a T and ends with a k. I go to Hollands instead, nuff said...
Quick and on time repairs. Ok price. Close to house.

Excellent service! Found exactly what I believe was the best choice for me. All questions answered. Had to order. Bike arrived/picked up yesterday. Actually found this Speciialzed Roll 2 at another store. Chose to purchase here locally. Convenient, easy and very pleased.

Even though I live in LA, I bought my Specialized Turbo Creo and my wife's bike here. I bring them annually to Hollands for service. Everyone knows their stuff here and it is reasonably priced for a top end bike shop.
