The shop did a great job on tuning my bike, and did not try and upsale me on services that I didn’t need. In addition, they have a good warranty on the service. The shop is clean, and the people are professional. They made my appointment and the work was performed in a timely manner.

I have had my 1970 Schwinn 3-speed serviced at this location several times now. The mechanics are great and they even gave the bike a polish and a fun new replacement air-cap before returning it from its recent tuneup.
The front the house feels a little more stuffy, with gathered employees that always make me feel like I just walked into a private clubhouse in the middle of a personal conversation to pay for my service. But that's the least of my concerns when it comes to good work on the bike. Just a side note of general customer experience at the register area.

Better quality bikes and staff know about what they are selling. Went to Wheel World and they tried to sell me a bike that was 3 sizes too small for my growing boy.

I felt like I was bothering the associates when I brought my bike in and they made me feel that my repair was not worth their time since it was only $40. I asked how I would be notified when my bike was done and they told me by phone or email. I never received any notification that my bike was finished. I dropped off my bike at 11am and had to call the next day around 4pm to find out what's going on and was told it was ready. When I went to pick up my bike myself and 2 other customers had to wait outside while the employees just stared at us. I will be finding somewhere else for my future bike needs. The hours need to be fixed at this location as well. Several of us waiting outside were discussing this.
