The basket carrier is sturdy and well made and gloves are comfortable and will be quite protective.

Sometimes bike store associates rub me the wrong way as appearing to be to good for my questions, but appreciated Eddy's staff members taking the time to help me. Minor snafu with price matching helmet from trek website, but resolved!
